Coin Purse
The coin purse is a tiny purse used for
coin money and paper money. If you're running out to the store
and that's all you want to take, most will also fit in the keys
and a credit card or two. The coin purse is pretty much the
smallest of purses, and will not have a strap (at least, I've
never heard of one with a strap) since they are meant to be
placed in a pocket or larger purse, or even to be attached to a
keychain with the car keys.

utile to the colorful, stylish, and elegant.

The purpose of the coin purse
is to keep loose coins and maybe other small items from making
a mess in your purse or pocket. This way, you always know where
your coins (or keys) are, they're organized and not floundering
loose with everything else in your purse or pocket.
Some coin purses are fancy and
designer, but most are cheaper fun designs since they are
fumbled about and played with and hidden away, but are rarely
seen at events or in public so do not need to be a high fashion
statement. If they are very dressy they can serve as a tiny
version of a clutch purse or evening purse, but usually more
space is needed for those times than this little purse can
hold.
Like other purses, a coin
purse can be made of different materials. They are often
jumbled about and can be treated more roughly than a regular
purse, so coin purses made of cheaper lighter materials can
quickly become worn or torn. Kids play with them constantly and
that is why we see plastic or fabric kids' coin purses are
almost always ripped; they just don't last. Dressy coin purses
can be made of satin, beads, sequins or metallic fabrics. Tough
ones can be made of leather, or of strong fabrics. You can also
buy hard-cased purses, where fabric or leather is glued over
top of a hard material such as plastic or metal, and opens and
closes like a clam shell.
